ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲੋਕ ਕਲਚਰ ਟੀਵੀ ਪੀਐਲਸੀ ਟੀਵੀ (Punjabi Lok Culture tv PLCtv) ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਕਿਉਂ ਪਈ?
ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਤੇ ਫ਼ਕਰ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਜੰਮਪਲ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਓ ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਚ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ‘ਚ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਨਵਾਬ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਖ਼ਾਨ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਿਬਜਾਦਿਆ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਚ ਹਾਅ ਦਾ ਨਾਆਰਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਬੁਲੰਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ l
ਮੈਂ ਮੋਗਾ ਸਟੈਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਅਪਣੀ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਮਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੰਦਰਾਂ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਸ਼ਮਸ਼ੀਰ-ਏ-ਦਸਤ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਫਿਰ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ‘ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਪੋਕਸਮੈਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਨ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਤੇ ਕਰੀਬ 12 ਸਾਲ ਤਕ ਇਹ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਯਾਦਗਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਖੂਬਸੂਰਤ ਰਿਹਾ,ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ 5 ਸਾਲ ਬਤੌਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ! ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨਾਂ, ਸਮਾਜ ਸੇਵੀਆਂ, ਸਮਾਜਕ ਕਾਰਕੁਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੁੱਝ ਸਿਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਿਲਿਆ।
ਮੇਰਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਮੇਰਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਇਕ ਗੁਲਦਸਤੇ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਹਰ ਧਰਮ, ਜ਼ਾਤ, ਭਾਸ਼ਾ, ਰੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਨਸਲ ਆਦਿ ਦਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਅਪਣੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ,ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੂਰ ਤਕ ਫੈਲੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ,ਅੱਜ ਦਾ ਅੱਧਾ ਅਫ਼ਗ਼ਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ, ਪੂਰਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਛਮੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰੇਦਸ਼, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਤਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੀਮਾਵਾਂ ਜਾ ਮਿਲਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ।
ਇਸ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦਾ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ, ਰਹਿਣ ਸਹਿਣ, ਭਾਸ਼ਾ, ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਨਿਵਾਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਆਦਿ ਇਸ ਹੱਦ ਤਕ ਅਮੀਰ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਦਾਹਰਣ ਲੱਭਣਾ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦੌਰ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਮੁਮਕਿਨ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੱ ਲੱਗਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਮਿਹਨਤਕਸ਼ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਕੁਲ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਤਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ,ਇਸ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ PLCtv (Punjabi Lok Culture tv) Youtube ਚੈਨਲ,Facebook page. Twitter ਅਤੇ Inestagram ਤੇ ਵੀ plc ਦੀ ਆਈਡੀ ਬਣਾਕੇ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਅਗ਼ਾਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਇਸੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਮੰਜ਼ਰ-ਇ-ਆਮ ਤਕ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਜੱਦੋ-ਜਹਿਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਮੇਰੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਰਹੇਗੀ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਅਦਨੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਪਲੇਟ ਫ਼ਾਰਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮੈਂ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਨੇ ਕੋਨੇ ਵਿਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਅਤ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਗ਼ੈਰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਝੋਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਅਬਾਦ ਕਰ ਦਿਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ,ਮੋਗਾ ਦੀ ਸਰ-ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਉਪਰ ਵਿਚਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੈਂ ਅਪਣੇ ਮਕਸਦ ਤੋਂ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਟਾਂਗਾ,ਆਪ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਜ਼ਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਇਸ ਚੈਨਲ ਨੂੰ ਸਬਸਕਰਾਈਬ ਕਰੋ, ਲਾਈਕ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਉਪਰ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਵੀਡੀਓਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉ!ਮੈਂ ਆਪ ਸੱਭ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦੀ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ “ਰੱਬ ਰਾਖਾ”

I am worried that I am Punjabi and my hometown is Malerkotla which has a name in the history of the world. He shouted “Ha” in favor of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s Sahibzada and raised his voice against oppression.
I started my journalistic journey from Moga station with a fortnightly newspaper called Shamshir-e-Dast published from Malerkotla. Then one day I got a chance to join the Punjabi newspaper ‘Daily Spokesman’ and this journey was very memorable and beautiful for about 12 years, during which I worked as a district in-charge for 5 years! I also learned a lot from politicians, social workers, social activists and businessmen.
Not only my state but my entire country is like a bouquet in which people of every religion, caste, language, color and race etc. can live with complete freedom, the borders of ancient Punjab were spread far and wide, half of today The borders of Punjab extended beyond Afghanistan, East and West Punjab, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana.
The culture, living conditions, language, hospitality and behavior of the area were considered to be so rich that it is impossible to find examples of them today. I felt that the culture of the hardworking people of this area should reach out to the whole world. It was also launched on Twitter and Instagram by creating a plc ID and now efforts are being made to bring the website of the same name to Manzar-e-Aam.
I will endeavor to inculcate in the minds of Punjabis and non-Punjabis who love Punjabism sitting in the corners of the world with the waves of Punjabi culture through this unique platform. Recognizing my responsibility, I am going to start a small initiative to make the young generation of Punjab aware of the cultural heritage of Punjab.
